Job Description

The project manager will manage all aspects of the project, including resources, architecture, and development. They will help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Scrum Master and Solution Architect on program-wide topics and processes that impact project delivery. Lastly, this individual will be responsible for communicating with and reporting progress to client leadership, ensuring that client goals for the application are addressed.

The projected compensation range for this position is $150K to $170K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of experience working in IT using agile methodologies.
• At least 8 years of experience leading / managing IT systems development projects, including for federal government customers.
• Experience managing projects of at least 15 FTE resources.
• Experience managing projects that include data collection / data management / electronic web forms.
• Experience leading Agile development efforts, including working in a Scrum Master role.
• Experience defining and reporting on metrics to track Agile team progress.
• Ability and proven experience communicating with senior management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working under tight timelines to deliver a complex IT solution.

Desirable Skills

• Experience delivering IT projects for Federal Regulatory Agencies, such as the SEC, FDIC, or FERC.
• Experience with implementation of XBRL business reporting standards.
• Experience with XBRL taxonomy modeling.
• Certified Scrum Master, or similar industry Agile certifications.
• Experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including the Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365.
• Active federal government public trust clearance.
