This role will be responsible for working with clients, and internal cross functional teams to implement products and services across the organization and supporting them in installs and service throughout North America.

What You'll Accomplish and Experience

• Conducts project kick off meetings with Sales, Design and Engineering teams
• Schedule and conduct project walk-through conversations
• Build and foster relationships amongst other contractor trades
• Conduct client interview to gather project information
• Manage project budget (labor hours, materials, equipment costs)
• Ensure all equipment and materials are ordered, received and staged
• Coordinate contractor, sub-contractor and team member activity through CCR Systems
• Manage and coordinate all change order requests from the client
• Maintain project documents
• Coordinate Installation Technicians, Engineering, and Programming resources
• Communicate project status with client, employees, subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis
• Consistently maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, material disposal and recycling
• Maintain quality control with all product and feature implementations
• Creation and delivery of Customer Closeout to the client
• Conduct and/or coordinate appropriate resources to conduct client training
• Responsible for overseeing installation of various systems (e.g. structured cabling, mass notification, access control, intrusion alarm, fixed wireless, Wi-Fi, Private LTE)

Desirable Previous Experience

• 5 years' experience as a project manager in leadership role or labor-management experience, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
• 3 years' experience on Mission Critical Infrastructure
• Knowledge of construction technology, electronics integration, scheduling, equipment and methods
• High level of level of business and financial acumen

• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills to drive product and business decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prevalent professional demeanor
• Excellent analytical skills to develop strategies and tactics that can be measured
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
• Curious capabilities to better understand customer needs and develop insights that shape and influence the desired outcomes
• Ability to travel 20% of the time
