Scope of Work:

Capio Group is looking for a Project Manager to work as part of the team to provide the client with consulting services to conduct a business process reengineering analysis and tool assessment on the client’s existing Pay Letter process.
The goal of the assessment is to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the salary drills, and the approval of the drills through the Pay Letter process for efficiency and timeliness. The assessment shall include an analysis of the existing processes and tools used to develop the drills and create and issue a Pay Letter. The consultant shall use the analysis results to identify and recommend the Pay Letter drills and process and tool (technology) improvements that will result in optimal Pay Letter processing efficiency. The proposed solution or solution assessment must involve all applicable business/program stakeholders and subject matter experts and be compatible with the client’s IT infrastructure. The team must also develop an implementation plan including organizational change management considerations that the client can execute to move from the current state to the optimal state.
Tasks including but not limited to:

  • Project Reporting
  • Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Plan
  • Existing Process Assessment
  • To-Be Processes Assessment and Recommendation
  • High-Level Technology/Solutions Assessment
  • Implementation of BPR Processes

Mandatory Experience:

  1. Within the past ten (10) years, must have Five (5) years of demonstrated experience monitoring the project performance of an IT Project throughout the project lifecycle to include updating and maintaining project plans, such as: schedule, quality, risks, scope, governance, requirement, contract management, project management, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  2. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly
    responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles,
    methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been
    in a lead capacity.
  3. Must possess a bachelor’s degree. A copy of the diploma must be provided upon request.
    Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-
    for-year basis. 
  4. Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). A copy of the certificate must be provided upon request.
    The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.

Desirable Experience:

  1. Experience developing and delivering project status presentations and/or project briefings for various audiences as requested (project team, stakeholders, and executive management).
  2. Experience coordinating, authoring, and delivering written monthly status reports representing the team’s efforts, demonstrates compliance to contract terms, and highlights project management control of a project.
  3. Experience planning and executing organizational change management practices on a large-scale project across diverse stakeholder groups.
  4. Experience writing project management plans, facilitating reviewer feedback, coordinating content updates, and working with leaders to obtain sign-off on project documentation.
  5. Experience complying with Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards for electronic documents and materials.
  6. Experience using Microsoft software tools, notably MS Teams as a team collaboration tool and MS Project for managing schedules.
