Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction West Hollywood, CA (In-Office) At Liebo Builders, we are a leading design-build residential construction company specializing in luxury remodeling and new construction. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee luxury residential projects, ensuring budgets, timelines, and communication run seamlessly. This role is based in-office in West Hollywood and requires close coordination between the office and field teams. Responsibilities: • Lead the full project management process from pre-construction to completion • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines • Oversee budgets, track costs, and make informed decisions to maintain profitability • Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams for smooth operations • Procure and manage finish materials • Proactively resolve project challenges to keep work on track • Maintain organized records including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in residential construction • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CUSTOM HOME BUILDING • Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and best practices • BLUEPRINT READING REQUIRED • Familiarity with design-build projects a plus • Proven success in budgeting and cost control • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Buildertrend construction management software is a huge plus • Ability to commute to or relocate to West Hollywood, CA before starting Benefits: • Health, Dental & Vision insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Bonus opportunities, performance bonuses, and profit sharing Why Join Us At Liebo Builders, we’re a tight-knit, family-style team that values collaboration, accountability, and craftsmanship.
