Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of surveillance projects with a strong emphasis on technology integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and implementation of surveillance camera installations • Develop detailed camera layouts, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, ensuring alignment with technical requirements. • Coordinate with vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of surveillance systems • Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks to optimize project delivery and system performance. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all parties to ensure project objectives are understood and met. Qualifications: • Proven experience (3 years) in project management, preferably in the surveillance, security, or IT industry. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Be extremely detail oriented.
