Own the Execution Lifecycle As a Project Manager at Sage AV, you are the engine driving our delivery success. Your mission: lead projects from kickoff through closeout with precision, confidence, and control. You translate plans into action, manage people and priorities, and ensure every install reflects our standard of excellence. You’re not just checking boxes—you’re delivering outcomes. This role demands strategic coordination, daily communication, and proactive management. From site visits to budget tracking, from scheduling technicians to managing stakeholders—you are the bridge between design, execution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities · Own and manage project execution from signed contract through final walkthrough. · Review all contract documents, drawings, construction schedules, and subcontractor scopes. · Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and update stakeholders weekly. · Coordinate with GCs, construction managers, owners, designers, and subcontractors. · Act as the primary point of contact internally and externally for assigned projects. · Supervise and support technicians across multiple job sites to ensure install quality and safety. · Track labor hours and ensure alignment with budget and milestone expectations. · Document all project activities including change orders, deliveries, delays, and field notes. · Lead project meetings and issue timely meeting notes (within 24 hours). · Ensure client training, walkthroughs, and service handoff are completed with care. · Perform final QC checks and generate punch lists prior to turnover. · Monitor product delivery timelines and resolve any delays or conflicts proactively. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · On-Time Project Completion: > 90% adherence to schedule. · Budget Adherence: < 5% deviation from projected labor/material costs. · Field Issue Resolution: < 48-hour response average. · Change Order Accuracy & Timeliness: 100% compliance. · Client Handoff Success Rate: 100% documentation, training, and punch list completion. What Success Looks Like · Projects are run with clarity, documented in real-time, and closed with confidence. · Team members know what to do, when to do it, and where to be. · Stakeholders are informed, prepared, and confident throughout the project lifecycle. · Installations reflect the Sage AV standard—clean, controlled, and complete. · Budgets are tracked and managed; surprises are rare and addressed swiftly. · Final documentation, QC, and service handoff are done without delay. Must-Have Experience · 3–5+ years managing projects in AV, construction, or trades-based environments. · Proven success leading cross-functional field teams and subcontractors. · Strong command of project scheduling, labor tracking, and documentation practices. · Fluency in project systems such as D-Tools, Zoho Projects, or similar platforms. · Comfort managing multiple projects at once in dynamic environments. · Clear communicator, proactive leader, and field-first mindset.
