Job Description

Crabtree Construction Company is in search of a project manager that has experience in commercial construction. Candidate will need excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Responsibilities • Oversee project from procurement through close out • Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders • Maintain construction schedule • Monitor costs, prepare job cost projections, and ensure profitability • Maintain change order request log and control changes • Review and maintain log of submittals and shop drawings • Manage project superintendent and subcontractors • Attend and conduct regular scheduled meetings with owner and/or architect Required work experience: • 3-5 years minimum experience of commercial construction project management • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (Preferred) • Healthcare construction experience (preferred) Benefits: • Competitive salary • Bonus pay • 401K • Employer paid health insurance • Vehicle allowance • Phone allowance • Paid vacation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Project management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
