Project Manager

Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support our electrical & lighting projects. This role involves scheduling, project coordination, and communication with field electricians to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Responsibilities • Assist with project proposals, change orders, and reports. • Draft, edit, and organize project documents. • Manage scheduling, documentation, and coordination. • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in English and Spanish. • Track project progress and maintain records. • Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor coordination. Requirements • Bilingual (English & Spanish), verbal and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, lighting, or construction work. • Strong writing skills for reports and proposals. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Previous project management or administrative experience required. • Supervisory experience is a plus. • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. • Ability to travel as needed for project support.
