Top Reasons to Work with Us • Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave • Disability Insurance • Supportive, experienced team • Career advancement opportunities What You’ll Be Doing • Collaborate with Project Supervisors to define scope, schedule, and installation plans • Lead design coordination and ensure timely integration into project documentation • Establish and manage Construction Management Plans (CMP) • Develop and maintain operational budgets with Project Executives • Track RFIs, PCOs, Owner Change Orders, and long-lead item deliveries • Coordinate material readiness and installation timelines • Ensure compliance with ISO and QMS standards • Influence project profitability and performance through proactive leadership • Support continuous improvement initiatives across divisions • Maintain safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of scheduling experience; Microsoft Project proficiency preferred • Experience in RF shielding and commercial/medical facility installations • Strong leadership and organizational skills • OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred • Deep understanding of contract language and scope definition • Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting expertise • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project accounting software (Timberline a plus) • Familiarity with RFI, PCO, PO, SOV, and subcontract processes • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel for project needs S.
