This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for someone who’s built a solid career in commercial glass and glazing and is ready to take on impactful, high-visibility projects. What They're Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring5 to 15 years of experiencein theglass and glazing industryand a strong background managingcomplex commercial construction projects. Required Project Scope Experience: • Storefront systems • Curtain wall (stick and/or unitized) • Metal panels • Glass handrails • Doors and hardware Project Types You'll Manage: • K-12 Educational Facilities • Higher Education Campuses • High-Rise Buildings • Large-Scale Commercial Developments Responsibilities: • Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout • Coordinate with architects, general contractors, field teams, and vendors • Monitor project timelines, budgets, change orders, and submittals • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams Requirements: • 5–15 years of project management experience in the glass & glazing industry • Demonstrated success managing commercial glazing scopes on high-value projects • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings • Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Why This Opportunity?
