We have three principal areas of activity: Perfecting Customer Experience, Powering Public Safety, and Financial Crime Prevention & Compliance.
Fighting Financial Crime and Ensuring Compliance - We help financial services institutions detect and prevent fraud, manage regulatory compliance, and identify money laundering threats quickly and accurately, protecting them against financial crime, regulatory, and reputational risk. With a holistic, consolidated view across the enterprise and innovative, flexible technology, our solutions provide institutions a clear view of risk, enabling their staff to resolve issues efficiently, and keeping the organization up to speed with a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
NICE Actimize is currently seeking a motivated, seasoned, hands-on Project Manager with a successful track record of implementing enterprise applications within the financial industry; preferably analytical applications as a vendor. Actimize maintains a large customer base in the region including major multi-national banks.
Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects at once while ensuring products/deliverables meet contract/work-plan specifications and deadline with minimum supervision
  • Building and maintaining solid client relationships with senior IT and business managers and act as SPOC through all phases of the project
  • Manage day-to-day client relationship, translate customer contract into a comprehensive project plan and manage end to end delivery that includes performing project office tasks, co-ordination of internal resources, status reporting, billing, etc.
  • Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost or schedule, risks and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them with urgency, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Execute Hybrid and Agile projects/programs and take up Scrum Master role when required
  • Support users through UAT, product acceptance and customer support handover
  • Get knowledgeable in Actimize products and data requirements by organized training, self-reading and engage with client business and technology stakeholders as trusted advisor
  • Act as liaison between the customer and Actimize offices and development sites across multiple geographies
  • Effectively communicate between multiple internal interfaces/stakeholders in a global matrix environment to achieve project objectives
  • Create and maintain required project artefacts
  • P&L for all project implementations
  • Generate professional services revenue from current clients

Qualifications

  • At least 8-10 years of experience as customer facing PM with hands-on experience in managing multiple complex projects; SaaS experience an advantage
  • Computer Science Degree or Engineering background or equivalent; MBA will be an advantage
  • External consulting or professional services experience at an enterprise software vendor
  • Excellent client relationship skills with a sales orientation
  • Experience in delivering product-based enterprise solutions for financial services industry a MUST. Experience in AML, Fraud domain areas or Compliance experience, would be a plus
  • Experience in data-intensive system implementation
  • P&L focused
  • Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, stressful and demanding entrepreneurial environment, balancing internal and external demands
  • A problem-solver and decision maker with the flexibility to adapt project scope to changing markets and client demands
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical and project delivery issues
  • Fluent in English written and verbal communication.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent – Advantage
  • Travel up to 30%
