Project Manager Advisor - Encore - Must be Cigna Retiree - Work from Home

Responsible/Accountable:

• Regular assessments of biometric and flu vendors, competition, innovative developments, market demand
• Lead relationships with sales segment leaders - regular updates and feedback
• Orchestrate any new ideation to go/no go decision pulling together cross functional teams internally and externally
• Build new product features, services or other to point of pilot
  • Eligibility process, Claim codes, reporting connections, market positioning, clinical guidance, impact to modalities or compliance, etc.
  • Manage all modes of offering at home kit, onsite, vouchers and models referred and subcontractor
• Manage pilot(s) from finding clients, meeting with clients and supporting sales process
• Updating training documents, securing training sessions and leading training annually for each vendor as well as ongoing throughout the year for new features (At home kit updates, etc.)
• Direct creation of new marketing tools (client tool kits)
• Ongoing answering daily questions from sales and clients
• Ongoing updates to RFPIO tool, proposal language and knowledge exchange content
• Lead damage control and issue resolution (claims issues, vendors pausing solutions, vendors limited capability announcements, etc.)
• Lead Data Requirements to support better integration and usage of biometric data and insights across enterprise

Manage all the above for flu - in some cases work is combined, in many cases it is separate.

Manage all the above for three vendors who are each at a different phase of development, launch, capability

Informed/Consulted:

• Product point person for Third Party Procurement regarding updating contracts, negotiating pricing and service features
• Act as knowledge expert across enterprise on solutions
• Interface with clinical, legal, enterprise sourcing leads, to jointly address new features, changes in process, updates and enhancements, legal and model changes, etc.
