Job Description:

To join our client's small, dynamic team focused on business operations; this Project Manager, role is crucial in navigating the funding process and overseeing AldenOne's execution, a real-time record management system for field operations.

Responsibilities:

Interpret business issues, recommend best practices, solve complex problems, lead teams/projects independently, manage project definition, risks, realistic plans, change control, financial planning, budgeting, analyze business processes, monitor project progress, ensure adherence to project management approach, timetable.

Your daily tasks involve managing budgets, paperwork, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful AldenOne implementation.

Interaction Level:

Frequent interactions with team members and the hiring manager as you lead the project.

Top Priority:

Efficiently manage the project and navigate through the funding process effectively.

Biggest Challenge:

Managing conflicting priorities amidst the extended funding process.

Education Requirements:

Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Certification Requirements:

PMP certification Preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.

Additional Information:

Work Hours: 40 Work Schedule: 8 - 5 PST (Local candidates preferred).
