About the role

At Sylndr we are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects across Sylndr. In this role, you will oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives, manage strategic priorities, and ensure the seamless delivery of business-projects. You will play a pivotal role in shaping project strategies, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving measurable outcomes aligned with Sylndr’s goals. 

What You'll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with Sylndr’s strategic objectives. 
• Define project strategies, success metrics, and detailed execution plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders. 
• Manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects while maintainingfocus on quality and business impact. 
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at a strategic level to ensure project continuity and success. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. 
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal team performance and addressing potential bottlenecks. 
• Drive process improvement initiatives, establishingbest practices and enhancing project delivery frameworks. 
• Deliver comprehensive project reporting, including performance analysis, insights, and recommendations for future projects. 

Who You are

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3-7 years of experience in project management in a senior role handling large-scale, cross-functional projects. 
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and hands-on experience implementing them in a dynamic environment. 
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Click up, Jira). 
• Proven track record of delivering strategic projects on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership and executives. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions. 
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly preferred. 
• Experience in automotive, tech. or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
