EquipmentShare is Hiring a Project Manager - AR/Credit/Collections

EquipmentShare is searching for a Project Manager - AR/Credit/Collections for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow. This is a remote position. 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects
  • Coordinate internally with team as well as other departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time. Including  all system testings and training are completed and documented before project “go-live” date/s. 
  • Allocate resources by collaborating with Director and Managers within the department
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Write Policies and Procedures in collaboration with Director and Managers within the department
  • Track performance to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term projects 
  • Perform and delegate project tasks based on staff member’s individual strengths, skill sets and experience
  • Apply critical thinking to streamline day-to-day operations 
  • Act as department administrator of ERP, Yaypay, SAGE, and any other existing and or new system or system enhancement 
  • Pull data and information from any and all of our systems for reporting, uploading, and maintaining/maintenance in current or future systems and or needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree with courses in accounting, business, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal that allow you to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to create and communicate guidelines, processes, and control mechanisms in a logical and organized manner
  • Ability to be flexible in order to adapt to process changes and ad hoc requests
  • Continually seek efficiencies and process improvements in the day-to-day department activities             
  •  Strong background in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Microsoft Excel and Word, Looker, APIs, Project Management software such as Asana, Monday, etc. 
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an extreme attention to detail 
  • Experience creating and maintaining program/project charters, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency with or ability to learn Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, slides) 
  • Proficiency with or ability to learn Process Mapping software (Lucid, or similar)
  • Ability to build a strong “team” environment, leading by being a role model and providing coaching as needed.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
