We are looking for a dynamic and creative Project Manager to join our enterprise tech client’s Strategic Partnership team - dedicated to building innovative, world-class, technology-driven partnerships that showcase our products in the heart of culture, engaging fans and fostering brand love. As a Project Manager, you will support a team of experienced partnership leads. Together, we will drive brand love through strategic partnerships across the arts and fashion by leveraging technology spanning the portfolio.

Partnership Program and Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with internal business groups and external agency partners to execute technology-driven collaborations with culturally relevant partners across cultural passion areas such as Art & Fashion.
- Manage key elements of strategic partnerships ensuring the successful development and implementation of global go-to-market communication plans.
- Oversee the execution of technology-based partnership activations and campaigns in collaboration with our agency partners.
- Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring effective production and deployment of creative assets for storytelling across various channels.
Marketing Excellence and Impact:
- Embrace our Marketing principles and act as a Brand Steward, upholding brand values and guidelines throughout all marketing initiatives – including aspects such as accessibility and inclusion.
- Drive continuous improvements in marketing optimization, creative excellence, and overall partnership impact, ensuring we deliver exceptional brand value and growth.

Leadership and Collaboration Skills:

Project and Campaign Management:
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent planning, organization, and coordination abilities to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Possess a strong understanding of marketing positioning and the execution of creative campaigns, developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with partnership objectives, target audience, and market trends.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Marketing Expertise:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the arts and fashion industry, resulting in increased brand visibility, audience engagement.
- Ability to creatively resolve issues and adapt within resource, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Understanding of the importance of diversity, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity in arts and fashion marketing, with a track record of promoting diversity and representing diverse voices in marketing campaigns.
- Proficient understanding of the latest trends, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics in the arts and fashion sectors, allowing for strategic positioning and targeted messaging.
- Familiarity and/or interest with the intersection of technology and arts/fashion, including experience in leveraging digital platforms, social media, and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in utilizing storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics to create compelling and visually captivating marketing content in alignment with the artistic and aesthetic sensibilities of the arts and fashion industries.
- Passion for testing and learning new marketing strategies and tactics.
Previous experience working with Microsoft or other enterprise tech companies is a plus. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.

Compensation Range: $105K - $115K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
