Donaldson's Advanced Manufacturing Technology team is looking for a Project/Program Manager to be responsible for deploying processes and automation, and capital equipment for Donaldson's manufacturing plants. In this role you will lead and inspire teams of professionals to execute capital equipment, process development and manufacturing improvement projects from concept to completion.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide strategic oversight and management of capital automation equipment projects ranging from $100K to $20M
• Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Negotiate with internal Donaldson stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure project success
• Manage and coordinate contract administration activities to ensure positive customer relations while representing the interests of the company
• Communicate project status and progress to Donaldson Management, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documents, budgets, and schedules
• Promote safety & facilitate equipment deployment by applying industry standards for automation equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience on complex projects
• Proven leadership qualities (setting pace, decisiveness, change management, ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization, organizational awareness)
• Ability to prioritize projects concurrently in a dynamic environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally - 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• Experience with custom equipment and automation
