The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing pharmaceutical, clinical, and research projects for Predicine clinical and product development operations. This role is highly cross functional in nature and therefore it is critical that this individual is a business diplomat, strong collaborator, effective communicator, and committed partner with the main goal to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Product/Marketing, Regulatory, and other departments and serve as the primary point of communication in clinical operations for pharmaceutical, clinical, and research projects.
• Manage project logistics, activities and timelines to ensure that milestones and deliverables are well defined and achieved; recognize and escalate issues that may jeopardize timelines and deliverables, or lead to out of scope expenses.
• Track and collate all necessary project documentation and communications.
• Effectively communicate project updates to the core team, to functional management, and to executive leadership, using a variety of tools and channels.
• Participate in development of processes and infrastructure and establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities in clinical operations.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research and/or the healthcare industry
• PMP or similar certification is highly desired
• High level of excel competency
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient with computer systems and navigating databases
• Well organized, team-oriented individuals encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for business use
• Efficient and effective work habits in a matrix environment, internally and externally
• The ability to thrive with minimal supervision
• A flexible attitude to adjust to changing needs
