Project Manager, Calls Program & Agency Ops
Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment while managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and a desire to revolutionize how people shop for insurance.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in understanding complex business and marketplace dynamics, and commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What youβll do:
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, gather requirements, and coordinate multiple projects at the same time
- Monitor and report on the progress of multiple projects
- Assist with various program level tasks to ensure smooth project execution
- Organize and facilitate meetings and working group sessions
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, project trackers, and organize all documentation related to the project

Who you are:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel, with 2+ years of Project Management experience, or demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, as well as both technical and non-technical team members
- Ideally previous insurance or lead generation experience
- Able to effectively manage multiple cross functional projects from start to finish
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- Proficient in G-Suite Products
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- You are a team player and have the ability and desire to collaborate effectively
