Project Manager - Client Services

How you will impact the organization…

The Project Manager role encompasses components of project management, account management, and Consensus product knowledge and testing. You will be responsible for managing the entire product implementation project lifecycle with our clients. 

The value you will deliver…

• Coordination of various technical projects, in terms of size and complexity, throughout the lifecycle which includes documenting and tracking all major milestones and timelines for Consensus clients
• Coordinating project resources internally and externally as needed
• Accurately report to key stakeholders potential issues and/or successes
• Provide outstanding client management for a successful implementation of the product installation, training, and professional services
• Manage project implementation deadlines with clients to successfully transition to Client Support
• Document all facets of the project in the PSA
• Participate in the project management process improvement as projects are completed
• Continued growth in product knowledge across the entire product base
• Assist with the Quality Assurance process
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table…

• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience with SaaS delivery 
• 3+ years of experience in client facing project management
• Strong personal computing skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace product suite, Jira, and Slack 
• Proficiency in Salesforce PSA or comparable CRM experience
• Proven ability to provide guidance from a functional and technical perspective
• Effective organizational, time management, facilitation and prioritization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

You will stand out if you also have…

• Experience in SaaS project management preferred 
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in healthcare technology project management preferred

Additional details…

• Location requirements: Hybrid role in Las Vegas or Los Angeles. 
• Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
• Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
• Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
• Eligible for sponsorship: No

The salary range for this role is up to $100,000 USD.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
