Project Manager, Client Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager for our Client Success team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the ongoing satisfaction of our clients within the healthcare innovation space.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, within the context of our interoperability solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and milestones, leveraging agile project management approaches where applicable.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate when appropriate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional value through our interoperability platform and services.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; PMP or similar project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in client-facing roles within the heathtech space.
• Must have startup and/or consulting experience
• Experience with agile project management approaches and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of technology and its applications within the healthcare domain, with a preference for experience and knowledge of provider Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or payer claims processing systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Passion for driving customer success and building long-term relationships with clients in the healthcare industry.
