Project Manager-Cloud Modernization

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leading a complex project for delivering an application modernization solution to the client as per terms and conditions according to the contract. Responsible for managing scope cost schedule and contractual deliverables.
• Assessing project progress to identify risks and issues and providing analysis result and corresponding strategy.
• Leading delivery team and serve as interface with client project manager and other stakeholders.
• Taking care and motivating project team members for team morale.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Over 5 years of work experience in software development projects and IT services industry.
• At least one project experience in project manager role.
• Demonstrate solid PMP skills with evidence in initializing and planning projects developing project cost structure tracking and reporting project deliverables managing risk managing contracts applying project management processes and tools.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives IT management IT architects and developers.
• Ability to communicate fluently in technical and business settings (verbal and written) with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• With good emotional intelligence (EQ) can work and make right decisions under pressure.
• Experience with system analysis is a plus.
• Experience with Java programming or microservices is a plus.
• Experience with cross countries project is a plus.
