Your Role and Responsibilities
In your role you may be responsible for:
Collaborate with stakeholders to build the vision of a development initiative. Coach teams and organisations in Agile concepts principles practices and behaviours.
Create Backlog Roadmap Risks and Assumptions related to the development initiative. Perform Agile Iteration Manager / Scrum Master roles for new teams
Management of the teams participating on the development of the initiative to be able to track progress towards an established deadline. Align the roadmap and backlog items to the goals of the company/client. And management of risks and dependencies that could block the development and delivery of the initiative and Effective communication with the client/company and stakeholders both internal/external to be able to show the status health of the initiative development
Facilitate refinement meetings with Development teams to clarify what needs to be developed identifying risks and dependencies for the those teams.
Lead coordinate and manage Release Plans ensuring quality and functionality is assessed before teams release their products

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Previous experience in the role as a Scrum Master.
Scrum Master Certified is important
Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks
Proficient in an agile management system
Experience managing distributed teams

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience as part of an Agile Team
Experience with Agile Metrics
Hands on with Jira Tool (or similar).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
