Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. • Develop project schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines. • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. • Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders. • Utilize construction management software for effective project tracking. • Facilitate communication between team members and clients to address any issues promptly. • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role. • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore • Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members. • Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction site regulations is preferred. • Time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
