HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Project Manager will report to the Director of B2B Marketing in the Marketing department. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of various projects through budgeting, external stakeholder reviews, collaboration and oversite of vendors and marketing stakeholders, managing project timelines via WorkFront and ensuring the project is delivered on time. Their duties include setting deadlines, providing feedback, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders about the status of their project (s).

• Define project scope, objective and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, dependencies and resource allocation based on budgetary needs
• Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers to track progress, address issues and provide updates
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective project execution. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
• Identify project stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns and provide regular project updates.
• Monitor project progress against established plan, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions
• Continuously manage project risks and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelors Degree in Project Management
• 4-7 years of applicable experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
• Strong collaboration skills
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Experience in project management tool like WorkFront preferred
