Job Title: Project Manager – Consumer SaaS Applications

Location: Remote - US / Canada West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia)

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead and execute complex tech projects in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS applications, Agile methodologies, and extensive experience in driving cross-functional teams towards successful product launches. You will play a critical role in delivering projects on time and within scope while adapting to the evolving needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and product roadmaps.

• Agile Methodologies:

  • Implement and manage Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to drive project milestones and ensure cohesive execution across departments.

• Timeline & Scope Management:

  • Oversee project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure on-time delivery, addressing risks and blockers proactively.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  • Regularly communicate progress, risks, and updates to key stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project status.

• Risk Mitigation & Problem-Solving:

  • Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 10-15 years of project management experience, with a focus on tech and SaaS products.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications, software development processes, and cloud-based technologies.

• Agile Methodology:

  • Proven experience in leading Agile teams and successfully delivering projects in Agile environments.

• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications:

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

• Experience in Startups:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
