This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic project oversight with hands-on content creation in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Project Manager / Content Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing calendar, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and ensure alignment between product, compliance, and design teams. You will also take responsibility for producing, editing, and publishing high-quality content that communicates complex digital products clearly and effectively. The role requires both operational discipline and editorial precision, enabling smooth campaign execution and engaging communication for a global audience. Success in this position comes from balancing structured project management with creative content strategy, ensuring impactful delivery at every stage.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full marketing calendar, planning multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Design, and Operations, to ensure timely and aligned execution.

  • Define project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and monitor execution risks, proactively removing bottlenecks.

  • Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content such as blog posts, platform announcements, newsletters, and educational materials, maintaining accuracy and brand alignment.

  • Manage content strategy and publishing workflows, optimizing for clarity, SEO relevance, and target audience impact.

  • Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries to measure outcomes and inform improvements.

  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure messaging accurately reflects platform functionality and regulatory positioning.

  • Requirements:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role.

    • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments.

    • Strong understanding of digital products, trading platforms, or financial services.

    • Excellent written and editorial skills in English with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage deadlines effectively.

    • Experience with CMS platforms, content publishing, and marketing reporting frameworks.

    • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments and take ownership of outcomes.
