Project Manager (Creative)

Moda Operandi is an e-commerce platform transforming the way people discover and shop for designer fashion. Through its innovative mix of commerce and content, Moda allows women to shop for what’s new and what’s next in designer fashion from the world’s leading emerging designers and luxury brands. 

The Project Manager (Creative) will oversee the day-to-day operations and execution of all creative projects as well as manage workflow and cross-functional communications connecting multiple aspects of the business. Reporting to the Creative Director within the Marketing department, you will monitor the progression of projects, alleviate bottlenecks as needed and act as the hub of information for the Marketing and Creative teams.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in our Brooklyn NYC office required.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Support project development process including but not limited to briefing, tracking and cross-team comms for digital, social, video and print
• Fielding and acknowledgement of inbound creative requests
• Own and develop project timelines from kickoffs to delivery. Align stakeholder reviews to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in accordance with goals
• Improve workflow processes efficiencies and establish best practices for collaborations.
• Evaluate and communicate the status of ongoing projects, identify bottlenecks or risks, managing expectations accordingly. 
• Liaise cross-functionally with Brand Strategy & Marketing teams to anticipate upcoming projects and deadlines, flagging and/or mitigating risks
• Liaising with preferred production vendors to commission and oversee timely production of collateral 
• Responsible for digital asset management 
• Support shoot production on an as-needed basis 

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in a Project Management or Creative Services Management role required
• Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects on parallel timelines required
• Positive disposition with collaborative work ethic
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Extremely detail oriented
• Self-starter and effective collaborator with a “no task too small” approach
• Experience within an agency or retail organizations
• Knowledge of or an interest in the Fashion and luxury industry a plus
