We are seeking a Project Manager, Creative to join our team.
We strive to forge inspired, nimble, and visionary creative work that drives compelling, honest, and empathetic engagement experiences across Imprivata's digital properties and channels. As part of the Creative Team, the Project Manager, Creative is responsible for intake and workflow management in the creation of deliverables and projects across the Content, Creative, and Digital teams in collaboration with Team Leads and project stakeholders. This role will also help to drive the team's transition to an agile mindset in order to approach the work with a scrum and sprint-based philosophy. The Project Manager will function as the first stop for other teams and departments who need support in the creation of various deliverables. They will review requests for clarity, ensure all required information is included, and manage deadlines across work functions. As such, they will be a key representative of the Content, Creative, and Digital teams in relationships, interactions, and expectations with internal customers. In addition to day-to-day requests and projects, this role will also project manage larger cross-functional team initiatives such as website refreshes or tradeshow branding and design efforts, while upholding and promoting creative timelines and capacity within the team and to outside partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- High-level project management knowledge and experience are required.
- Serve as a key contributor in the development and evolution of the company's creative and digital services and operational methodologies, particularly in the area of project oversight and task and project management.
- Serve an instrumental role in the transition of Content, Creative, and Digital teams to agile mindset and workflows and adoption of various agile workflow rituals and stand-up routines. Knowledge and background in agile work environments and supporting documentation, rituals, and software tools - particularly through a lens of agile for marketing - will be extremely helpful in success for this role.
- Preparation of overall project plans, structure, expectation setting, schedule and resourcing requirements, communication cadences, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of project and task delivery across the Brand, Communications, and Digital team, including scheduling, task management, expectation setting, internal customer management, time management, and resource assignments.
- Track, report, and communicate project progress clearly in the form of regular status reporting, maintenance of project plans, task tracking, time used, status meetings, and achievement of project deliverables.
- Manage priorities and expectations across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal clients to resolve project issues and manage project risks, timelines, expectations, and tradeoffs.
- 5-7 years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably in an agile technology and marketing environment.
- Experience working with teams on a variety of deliverable types from creative output through web initiatives with cross functional knowledge (creative operations, project management tools, traditional, digital, production, multimedia, creative development)
- Ability to manage and influence at a corporate executive level.
- Team collaboration skills in an open and transparent environment, navigating dynamics to address issues and lead solutions
- Strong analytical skills; collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing creative approach and process
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) plus trong comfort (and recommendations for) project management software solutions
- Ability to assess project risk, analyze, and evaluate approach to drive strong team output
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be nimble and self-motivated in a fast-paced and iterative environment.

Physical Requirements
- This role is regularly required to walk, climb stairs, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
