Project Manager, Creative Team

Love sports, technology and rocket ship trajectories? PrizePicks is looking to hire a Project Manager to join our Creative Team to streamline initiatives & design intake/output across the entire organization. This includes working with various marketing team members to intake creative briefs, assign resources, develop and monitor project plans, and ensure on time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to plan/prioritize a changing workload within a fast-paced environment while dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.

*This is a hybrid role based in our Atlanta HQ office.

• Day to day management of Creative Team and cross-department Asana projects
• Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with ECD and Senior Creatives to identify ways to innovate and improve creative & relationships across teams
• Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities
• Help oversee capacity of creative resources by assigning projects to copywriters and designers
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Creates project deliverables including with clear specs and guidelines/templates (if necessary)
• Participate in brainstorms about creative strategies
• Help facilitate adherence to guidelines and processes
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal workstreams across functions
• Practice critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution
• Opportunity to manage ad hoc projects from creative brief to delivery
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget and time
• Build relationships across cross-functional teams in Marketing and Product

• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of project management tool Asana
• Experience managing timelines and deployment in a robust business preferred
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Empowered self-starter, with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of digital asset specs across social platforms and digital placements
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in DFS & Esports preferred
• Basic design knowledge a plus
• Ability to output Design Key Art in additional specs a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative products and Figma
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to working
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
