Ardent is seeking a Project Manager: Data, Design & Delivery to join our team.  

This is a Remote role.

Ardent is seeking a Project Manager: Data, Design & Delivery, to lead our team of data science, analytics, and geospatial engineers. This role will manage a team of 8+ technical individuals and will be leading the team in meeting the needs of the customer. This individual should be comfortable managing deeply technical teams, and supporting the collection, and breakdown of requirements to ensure that the project is delivered correctly and on time. This individual will be working with multiple levels of external stakeholders and must be able to balance requirements and priorities for the team. There may be some program management opportunities in leading our broader team in supporting our customers, it would be a great role for a PM that is looking to expand their skillsets into Program Management as well.

This is a great opportunity to lead a strong technical team in the implementation of cutting-edge data science and geospatial technologies supporting a critical and life-saving mission. 

This project is in support of the OCRSO (Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer), developing data, dashboarding, and GIS solutions to assist the ORCSO in understanding and responding to emergency incidents. The scope of work involves stakeholder engagement, data governance, data science and engineering, and data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• BA/BS
• PMP or similar project management certification
• 3+ Years of experience, minimum 
• Experience with managing deeply technical teams in the data science, data analytics, and Geospatial Data fields
• Ability to manage multiple levels of external stakeholders when establishing requirements and prioritization

Preferred Qualifications:

• MA/MS
• Agile certifications such as Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
• Program or Deputy Program management experience
• Experience leading teams implementing GIS solutions with ArcGIS
• Previous experience supporting DHS HQ
• Existing DHS EOD
