Project Manager - Dedicated Analysis
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Analyze all Dedicated Division reporting to assist our Dedicated Operations teams understand the cost and revenue impacts these items have on their operations. This position will coach and hold accountable the Dedicated operations teams by helping to identify areas of opportunity. This role will aide in problem solving allowing for the best decisions regarding costs and potential improvement areas across dedicated. This associate will utilize various analytical tools to review flags across all cost divisions. They will work with the Operations teams to develop sustainable action plans and develop key performance indicators for fleets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
• Facilitate and manage business analysis and requirements to drive a focused continues improvement atmosphere within the Dedicated division.
• Manage full cycle projects to successful completion utilizing project management tools.
• Establish, manage, and regularly review reporting / project status with operations /analytics teams.
• Train and coach Dedicated personnel regarding costs, revenue, and results
• Develop and manage KPI's in accordance with Dedicated ensuring cost out solutions
• Revenue per truck DIS%, Idle Trucks, Maintenance Cost, Turnover / OTE's, Driver Pay Codes / Costs, Driver Pay Per Fleets, Others KPIs will be established based on meetings with leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in fleet maintenance preferred.
• One to two years of transportation experience preferred.
• Zero to six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Dedicated experience and experience with financial statements strongly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
