As a Project Manager - Digital / Omni-Channel (Pharma), you will be responsible for the effective and timely delivery of digital projects within the Alcon Global Omni-Channel team. (Pharma) Works with Marketing, Brand & IT teams to understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and optimally coordinate delivery of a range of Digital products and initiatives to support Alcon's Omni-Channel transformation and commercial programs/product launches while working globally across a matrix organization in Fort Worth, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Primary interface for Omni-Channel Globally for defined Franchise segments. (Pharma)
• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of website builds, page updates and functionality improvements to Alcon websites.
• Collaborate with Agencies, IT, Technology and various business teams to ensure integrated project coordination.
• Work with Business partners and IT to support the development of CRM (SalesForce Marketing Cloud) programs.
• Develops customer centric user journeys as part of Marketing initiatives and commercial program launches.
• Lead all aspects of the delivery of other digital products (apps, tools, interfaces etc.) working in conjunction with IT and business teams.
• Ensures quality standards are met at all stages of project delivery including compliance, branding, content, QA/testing, regulatory approval, tagging/analytics set up, fault fixes.
• Provides guidance and support to business partners to ensure digital project requests meet process, compliance and standards at Alcon.
• Presents and communicates project updates to partners using appropriate channels & meetings to ensure high levels of understanding and cohesion.
• Tracks timelines and reports back on progress on a regular basis

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 5 Years of Validated Experience
