What you'll do:

  • Manage & control projects to meet the clients' requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
  • Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors in project implementation according to clients' requirements
  • Manage FAT and SAT with customers
  • Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to clients' or GC requirements
  • Schedule and attend project discussions as per clients' requirements
  • Cost control to meet project budget.
  • Attend project site meetings
  • Support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission)
  • Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
  • Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work.
  • Support Service team during FAT, SAT and Servicing
  • Support in commissioning of System setup, GUI and Testing
  • Points list and Drawing preparation for submission

a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Auto-CAD, PLC, Networking, BMS skill
  • Good communication and problem solving skill; Fluent in Japanese and English
