Job Title: Project Manager & Enablement Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager & Enablement Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects while also playing a crucial role in developing and implementing training and enablement programs for our team members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering continuous learning and development within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and priorities. Maintain effective communication to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.

Training and Enablement:

• Training Program Development: Design, implement, and manage training programs to meet the needs of various departments. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize relevant information.
• Facilitation: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Facilitate interactive and effective learning experiences for participants.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Continuously improve and update training content based on evolving needs.
• Enablement Strategies: Develop strategies to enable teams to reach their full potential. Identify tools, resources, and processes that enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Computer Science background is a plus. 
• Proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and e-learning platforms.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or business services industry.

Potential pay range: $100 - $120K
