Type: Full time, exempt
Location: Falls Church, Virginia—fix/flex schedule with remote flexibility
Reports To: Director of Environmental Compliance

DFM Development Services is an established consulting firm based out of Falls Church, VA that caters to the real estate development industry. We provide a variety of Development Support Services (red tape related items) to local and national real estate developers, corporations, and other real estate owners on projects throughout the Metro DC area.
We are a boutique firm with an excellent client list. Due to recent growth, we are seeking a to hire a Project Manager to join our Environmental Compliance team immediately to assist with planning, developing, and implementing wastewater and stormwater projects for various client locations, and supporting other environmental compliance analyses, as needed.

Responsibilities:- Support wastewater monitoring and other compliance activities (field & office); grow to manage tasks.
- Conduct stormwater management facility installation and post-construction inspections and related office tasks to support projects.
- Support other Environmental Compliance Group work as assigned.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Environmental Compliance Director and existing department team members.
Qualifications:
- At minimum a Bachelor’s degree in technical field related to Environmental issues with basic understanding of construction/land development, wastewater, stormwater, or related environmental compliance experience
- Comprehend environmental regulations
- Understand technical issues related to environmental issues
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Highly organized and effective in a high pace environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
- Any wetlands consulting experience is a plus
