Job Purpose and Overview
As the Project Manager in our Amstelveen Headoffice for our region, you will be responsible for supporting process improvement and growth within our business. You will serve as a project manager for key business projects by project planning, developing a project plan that outlines tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources and timelines. For some projects the project leaders will be people from the business or function. Larger scale projects will be managed by the PMO with support from you.
This role is based in Amstelveen and will report to the PMO & Master Data Manager EU & AMEAP.
What will you do as an Project Managerat Dawn Foods?
Your main responsibilities and activities will be:

• Serves as project manager for key business projects
• Project planning, developing a project plan that outlines tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, and timelines
• Risk management, mitigating risks related to project deliverables
• Stakeholder management, engaging and managing stakeholders on various levels
• Monitor the progress of projects of multi-functional teams through activities and report on status of related activities
• Support the project leaders with preparing detailed analysis, drafting action list, making minutes of meetings
• Identify bottlenecks / interdependencies / risks in the project, propose solutions via consultation with all involved team members
• Actively engages with each project to analyze actions, challenge actions and outcomes and the impact of teams action to the organization
• Follow and ensure appropriate use of project management tools, processes, and methodologies
• Eager to learn and want to continuously develop by engaging different project
• Other duties as required

What Does It Take to be a Project Manager at Dawn Foods?
You are very organized, have excellent communication skills and are not afraid to reach out to your stakeholders. You work in a structured way and can create structure when formal procedures have not yet been established.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Project Management Certification is a must. (Example: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner)
• Available for 36-40 hours
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint
• At least 5 years of business experience with previous project management capability
• Experience working in international business environment
• Experience at working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Experience with Smartsheet software is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively work well with senior stakeholders
• Must speak fluent English. Ability to present effectively and communicate clearly in front of large or small groups
• Demonstrate the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and support the Dawn Circle of Excellence
