Join our team and make a real impact - our team is responsible for creating a world-class real-time customer journey orchestration from the journey editing user experience to the backbone of the system, handling millions of customers at high scale As Project Manager, you will be part of a team that is customer obsessed - you will work on monitoring a team that works on certain areas of Dynamics 365, Monitor KPIs, lay strategies to steer program/project in the right direction, identify risks and timely mitigations for the team. This team would also respond to customer needs and make data-driven decisions. Lead a team that supports software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining our software components and services Skills & Experience Required.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Albertaor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 8 to 10+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of the product along with Managing skills.
• Exposure in software engineering practices, understanding of strong testing, debugging and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Working independently and in teams.
• Strong report preparation and analytical skills.
• Prepare and present KPI and metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to internal and external stakeholders.
