Project Manager (Federal Consulting)

2ndWave LLC (2ndWave) is seeking interested candidates for the role of Project Manager. 2ndWave is looking for a project/program management professional who can lead federal financial/grants management projects in support of our government clients. Candidates who meet the requirements outlined below are encouraged to apply:

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• 10 - 15 years of experience managing large scale federal programs and projects.
• Experience managing a consulting team comprised of functional and technical resources.
• Experience with Federal financial, grant, and/or loan systems.
• Experience working with management tools including Microsoft Office.
• Experience planning and maintaining project schedules, providing status reports, facilitating client meetings, and coordinating with multiple project/product teams.
• Experience preparing reporting dashboards and visual illustrations.
• Experience with Earned Value Management reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience at "Big 4" firms is highly desired.

Responsibilities (subject to modification):

• Manage a team of 5 to 20.
• Support the project management function on a portfolio of Agile-development projects.
• Support the management of ongoing projects and programs by performing tasks. including updating and reporting status, updating schedule, and performing data analysis
• Perform as needed data analysis to measure the performance of the overall program.
• Strengthen client relationships to find additional ways to support our clients and grow our business.
