Cask is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a high energy trusted partner to our clients. Passionate about solving problems, building relationships, realizing value, and driving projects to completion, the Project Manager is an integral part of the Cask Delivery Team. The Project Manager will work with both internal and external stakeholders to Establish, Align, Deliver, and Sustain client relationships, client programs and projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitating successful delivery of mid to large scale projects with concurrent workstreams
- Managing and reporting to various internal and external stakeholders performance against project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, action items, and decisions
- Monitoring and controlling of labor actuals against project and resource plans
- Coordinating strategic and operational meetings and following up with meeting minutes
- Engaging project resources to drive achievement of client objectives and business value realization
- Leading, challenging, inspiring, and providing feedback to all resources assigned to projects
- Coordinating internal resources to ensure engagements are properly transitioned from Sales to Delivery in accordance with the Cask Value Delivery Model (CVDM)
- Keeping department leadership informed of events that may impact project performance
- Partnering with Resource Managers to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resource plans are load-balanced
- Partnering with Accounting to ensure invoices are sent out correctly and on time, reporting on revenue and profitability, and adhering to the requirements of the contract
- Establish trusted client relationships to promote organic account growth
- Developing deep understanding of Statements of Objectives (SOO), Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and related contract documents
- Creating comprehensive project plans and sub-plans (e.g., communication plans, resource plans) that align to capabilities and deliverables identified in the SOO, SOW, PWS, or other governing document(s)
What you'll bring to the table:
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and maintenance/sustainment projects
- Ability to adhere to and report upon project scope, schedule, and budget
- Active listening skills demonstrated by reflecting back, asking thoughtful questions, and displaying empathy and understanding
- Natural curiosity about people, process, technology, business, and digital transformation
- Ability to communicate (verbal, written, presentation) in a clear and concise manner, appropriately tailoring communications to intended audiences
- Ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion with stakeholders and team members
- Ability to work effectively in environments with competing high-priority demands and navigate past ambiguity
- Ability to manage highly complex work with minimal supervision and extensive latitude for independent judgment
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Sound business acumen
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) / Public Trust background investigation
- 3+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or as a consultant, serving in a similar project management role supporting US Civilian, Department of Defense and/or Intelligence customers
Education/Certification
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification required
- ITIL certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Note: Base salary range is $96,000 to $131,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
