Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Leading a complex project in core banking solution to achieve the given goals – time/budget/quality.
2. Assess the project progress to identify risks and issues and providing analysis result and corresponding strategy.
3. Taking care and motivating project team members for team morale.
4. Good emotional intelligence (EQ) can work and make right decisions under pressures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Over 10+ years of working experience in banking industry solution
• 5+ years of leading banking project management (PM role) experience with TCV of USD1m+
• At least one project experience (PM role) in core banking solution
• Familiar with core banking system in any of the deposit loan remittance credit card knowledge areas
• Demonstrate solid PMP skills with evidence in initializing and planning projects developing project cost structure tracking and reporting project deliverables managing risk managing contracts applying project management processes and tools.
• Agile project management background

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Familiar with COBOL and/or JAVA programming language and microservices is a plus
• Process Re-engineering and digital innovation is a plus
• SA experience is a plus
