• PM background specifically with financial systems projects
• Extensive background with ERP systems, preferably Lawson
• Experience with implementing information system applications and technologies
• Experience with integrated system projects
• Solid business process skills, ability to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Successfully deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget
• Apply change management processes to project scope, schedule and costs
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
• Assign project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project impacts
