Job Description

We are looking for a colleague to join our team to help develop utility-scale renewable energy projects across Lithuania. We value openness, collaboration, and responsibility, which foster a strong team dynamic. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: 

• Managing utility-scale renewable energy projects in Lithuania during the development phase
• Planning and overseeing all project development activities up to Final Investment Decision (FID)
• Collaborating closely with Ignitis in-house experts (engineers, lawyers, environmental and permitting specialists) to ensure optimal project outcomes and effective risk management
• Staying informed about renewable energy industry trends and applying this knowledge to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Management, Construction, or Energy
• Project management experience in the Energy or Infrastructure sectors
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies (wind, solar PV, BESS)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging landowners and consultants
• Good English and fluent Lithuanian language skills
• Result-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work within corporate structures and follow procedures
• Driving license (Category B).
