Background & context:
The Foodservice organization is an very important and critical business channel within Continental Europe (CE). Due to it's diverse culture in a fragmented market operating in every country across Europe, the Foodservice business needs strict coordination to ensuring we all move into the same aligned and right direction across all CE regions.
The Project Manager FS CE is the central initiator, coordinator & liaison between the various functions & regions for all kind of projects, procedures, tools & initiatives. Both European and Global activities. You will engage with all regional Foodservice sales leads on a regular basis. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our overall Mccain CE and Foodservice channel objectives F30, while driving business success. And keeping the pace. You will be the spider in the web.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identification, coordination and driving Top 20 MEU business in CE
• Having overarching cross-boarder Ethnic segment & Distributor umbrella view across CE (e.g. pricing; portfolio; A&P; Terms & Conditions; best practices, other)
• Initiating the support and implementation of any possible Global and CE projects (e.g. GFSEP, MWOW, Commercial Excellence, other)
• Supporting the continue development of reporting tools e.g. Power BI dashboards, in conjunction with finance
• Coordination and driving the regional sales of Blocked stock within FS channel
• Acting as the workstream lead for all SRM Revenue management related initiatives within the FS channel
• Supporting regional sales leads in S&OP forecast exercises
• Representing Foodservice channel in any company transversal projects
• Publishing of a Quarterly FS Newsletter
• Organization of Customer Potato Field days and/or Plant visits
• Member of FS CE Digital Data Team

Once the new Centre of Excellence department (CoE) is set up and running, we will review if some tasks & responsibilities need to be shifted and/or lifted.
What are we looking for:
We are looking for someone who is willing to sit in the driver seat, and has the ability to influence its stakeholders with persistence & resilience. A structural thinker with project management skills, able and willing to lead the Foodservice project office. To create impact & support the regions to delivering our ambitious Foodservice objectives F30.

• A track record in the commercial space and/or project management
• Strong (data) analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate assignments into viable projects
• Experience in functional (matrix) leadership, with a focus on influencing, convincing and execution
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Agile, innovative, resilient, and committed to driving continuous improvement and excellence in Foodservice project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills..
• Willingness to travel: As required
