Project Manager Role - Sales & Marketing Optimization with a Focus on AI & Funnel Management

Location: Gurgaon, India 

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office 

Job Overview 

Neolytix is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our tech-enabled services. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, an analytical mindset, and hands-on experience in digital marketing metrics, reporting, and performance optimization. This position requires a professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of campaign components, and measure performance against set KPIs to ensure successful execution. 

Core Responsibilities:

  1. HubSpot & CRM Management:

    • Oversee the integration and utilization of HubSpot for sales and marketing funnel management.
    • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates within HubSpot CRM for both sales teams and marketing.
  2. Gen AI for Sales & Marketing Acceleration:

    • Leverage Generative AI tools and solutions to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
    • Utilize AI-driven insights to create targeted campaigns and personalize customer engagement at scale.
  3. Funnel Analysis & Optimization:

    • Continuously analyze and optimize the sales funnel using data-driven insights and reporting.
    • Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement, track conversion metrics, and reduce friction points in the buyer’s journey.
  4. KPI & Metrics Management:

    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all sales and marketing activities.
    • Conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and performance targets.
  5. Campaign Strategy & A/B Testing:

    • Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation.
    • Run A/B testing on various campaign elements (e.g., email, landing pages, ad copy) to continually optimize performance.
  6. Customer & Market Insight:

    • Gather and analyze customer and market data to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for product/service improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights to both sales and marketing teams to ensure offerings align with customer demands.
  7. Sales Enablement & Collateral Development:

    • Improve and refine standard pitch decks and marketing collateral used by the sales team to ensure they reflect the company’s messaging and value propositions effectively.
    • Work closely with the sales team to tailor customized pitch decks and proposals for large deals, incorporating specific customer needs and concerns.
  8. Solution Planning & Technology Integration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to plan integrated solutions that combine technology, analytics, and AI with the company's core services.
    • Productize these offerings to create unique value propositions for customers.
  9. Marketing & Service Launch Plans:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new services and offerings.
    • Prepare supporting materials (e.g., collateral, pitch decks) and work with the sales team to ensure effective positioning.
  10. Sales Training & Revenue Generation:

    • Train and equip the sales team with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to sell new services effectively.
    • Establish processes and strategies to drive revenue growth from these offerings.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or GTM strategy execution. 

  • Proven track record in managing complex marketing campaigns and driving performance. 

  • Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, or similar platforms. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools like Power BI. 

  • Leadership & Soft Skills: 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. 

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and accountability. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
