Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Being a Subject Matter Expert represents HNW Ops to support International HuBS - Bermuda, Hong Kong and Singapore ("Hubs") project with collaboration cross-functional teams across Hubs, including Transformation, Underwriting, Distribution and Compliance from inception to completion

• Support project works and deliver the result as expected within the agreed timelines

• Able to identify all potential risks and issues through effective discussion with stakeholders, strategically to mitigate them for before implementation.

• Ensure comply with industry regulations and company policies

• Provide regular progress updates to line managers and other stakeholders as required

• Late afternoon meeting is expected for the role due to time zone difference across Hubs

• Undertake other duties as may be required
   

Requirements

• University degree in BA or related field is preferred

• Min 3 years life Insurance knowledge (HNW Case Management experience will be advantage)

• Relevant project management experience is advantage, preferably in the life insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in Life Insurance policy life cycle with good understanding of life insurance administration processes (HNW Ops and Case Management will be an advantage)

• Good understanding of AML, KYC / CDD process for Life Insurance operation process

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Able to work independently and drive for best outcome to the project
