The Client Education Project Manager I is accountable for planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving its vision.
Your Role:
- Manage 1-3 priority projects at a time - Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the project development focused on the delivery of a product or service from the initiation and scope through alpha/beta testing and updates.
- Assess identified issues or roadblocks and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality standards, as well as milestone and timeline goals.
- Interface with all areas affected by the project which may include customers and various client services departments.
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
- Create project plans to include schedules, project timelines, status reports, project outlines, alpha/beta testing feedback.
- Facilitate project meetings - create an agenda for the meeting with a purpose and goals to meet by the end of the meeting.
- Responsible and accountable for all project deliverables.
- Responsible for making sure all steps in the project management process have been followed.
- Monitor risk, scope, and project health through accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
- Update project stakeholders on the progress of the project, as well as potential risks to the project deadline.
- Uphold KS standards of content quality.
- Hold a weekly sync with CCMs to prioritize the work based on a 25-hour week; collaborate on what is feasible and what is needed to be completed; identify roadblocks and develop an action plan to solve the problem.
- Accomplish an on-time completion rate of 75% or greater.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years of relevant business experience.
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
- A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results..
- Camtasia experience preferred.
- Proficient understanding of course and curriculum creation processes.
- Experience with leading all parts of a project lifecycle.
- Experience with Google Drive and understanding of Client Education organization of project materials.
- Experience with Apple software and hardware.
