Project Manager I

Overview

Expected pay for this position is $37.99 - $44.70/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing projects (or components of projects) of varying complexity through design and implementation to achieve division goals and objectives. Serves as a key enabler of process improvement activities with OSF Healthcare system by contributing in and where directed, leading people, process, and technology integration. Is responsible for adhering to department Standards of Performance relative to project execution and performance improvement.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Bachelor's Degree OR Completion of High School or its equivalent and a minimum 3 years' experience managing projects.

Other skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with key OSF applications.
• Experience managing components of a project.
• Experience using information technology in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with application implementation or support in the healthcare industry.
