The Ignite Project Manager will be responsible for leveraging product, application and technical knowledge in support of credit related projects and revenue opportunities. This position will manage all aspects of Ignite projects within the assigned customer base, including: project specification design and submission; sales and customer communication; production interface; configurable production execution; technical liaison; documentation; problem solving; packaging and delivery; project billing.

What you will do

  • Lead planning, functional design, deployment and account management activities for enterprise product offerings and integrated solutions.
  • Serve as business solution architect for new Equifax products by partnering with the BU, IT and other COEs to scope solution infrastructure.
  • Facilitate POC design sessions and coordinate client needs documentation.
  • Consult with clients and internal teams to facilitate effective process design, confirm client expectations and provide general issue management.
  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure that project progress and delivery align with commitments.


What experience you need
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Superb organization, time-management and interpersonal skills; ability to self-start
  • Proficiency in Equifax products and services offered in the batch and transactional solutions suites; familiarity with other product suites
  • Ability to effectively manage daily client communications, including escalations and problem management situations
  • Ability to engage and support all relationship types, including but not limited to KCP and large strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated desire to look for and uncover opportunities to improve client satisfaction
  • Proven ability to interface and consult proficiently and professionally with production teams, technology, sales representatives and clients to provide the total solution
  • Understanding of databases and database technology
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
