ManTech is seeking a Project Manager II to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview:

• Responsible to review and evaluate System Security Plans (SSPs), System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs), systems and networks diagrams, Security Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs), Risk Assessments, and associated Information Systems (IS) Risk Management Framework (RMF) or Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documents in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), National and Agency standards;
• Observe, evaluate, and document IS security certification testing and prepare Security Certification Test Reports (SCTRs) with findings and recommendations regarding systems; Approval To Operate (ATO).
• Writing skills to produce periodic progress reports, preparing various forms of correspondence concerning deficiencies and statuses of SSPs/SSAAs, maintaining and reporting statistics on RMF and Cyber Security Compliance efforts.
• Knowledge of DoD, Don, IC, and National Security Policies, Regulations, Directives, and Instructions.

Experience Level/Education/Certification Requirements:

• Five (5) years' experience with a Bachelor's degree, seven (7) years' experience with an Associate's degree, or twelve (12) years' experience with a High School diploma. Extensive experience working with DIACAP, RMF, NIST, and other federal guidelines. Experience utilizing assessment tools (e.g., ACAS, SCAP, HBSS) and RMF process tools (e.g., MCCAST, eMASS, eArcher, VRAM and DITPR-DON/DADMS) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related technical field (+5 years' experience), Associate's degree (+7 years' experience), or High School diploma (+12 years' experience).
• Shall meet requirements with current baseline and Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications as needed. Shall possess the necessary training, qualifications, and experience for the IAT-I level at a minimum in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570. (CISSP required); Certified Navy Validator preferred.
• Active Secret security clearance required
